Alfredo G. Talamantes entered into eternal rest on March 17, 2021 at the age of 58 years. He liked to go fishing, watching football, playing golf and working on trucks. Alfredo is survived by his wife of thirty-six years of marriage Paula Talamantes; children Daniel Talamantes, Carlos Talamantes (Lucretia), Gabriel Talamantes (Natalie), Alfredo Talamantes Jr. ( Ashlee); grandchildren Mikaela, Elijah, Ethan Rome, Daniel Jr., Alexandra, Adam, Ian, Leiana, and two on the way; brothers Mario Talamantes (Mary), Roland Talamantes (Rachel); sisters Helen Green, Irene Saldivar (Sal). Numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Monday, March 29th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, March 30th at 9:30 a.m. for Mass to be celebrated at 10:0 a.m. at St. Clare Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
