Aguie was born on May 16, 1968 to Agustin and Aurora Torres in Weslaco, Texas.

After Aguie graduated from Weslaco High School in 1986.

Aguie was predeceased by maternal grandparents Guadalupe Garza and Martin De Leon, fraternal grandparents Agustin Torres and Juana H. Reyes.   He is survived by his parents  and his daughter, Agustin Mattie Munn (Emanuel Gonzalez) .  His son Julio J. Torres.

His grandchildren, Avalon J. Gonzalez and Arbor J. Gonzalez.  His sister Leticia Torres (Edward Casas), brothers Alejandro Torres (Maricela Torres) and Adrian Torres (Esmeralda Torres) and numerous nieces and nephews.

He worked in several different career fields from culinary, oil field operations, to hazard material transportation.  Aguie enjoyed his coffee and cigarette and most of all his cats. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Holy Name Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Services will conclude after the mass.
