Adolph M.
Pacheco
Dec 28, 1942 — Mar 28, 2025
San Antonio
Adolph M. Pacheco, beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, was laid to eternal rest on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on December 28, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas, to Frank and Amelia Pacheco, Adolph was a proud graduate of Harlandale High School, where he was a Harlandale Indian.
For over twenty years, Adolph worked as a truck driver, a profession that brought him much pride and allowed him to experience the open road. He was a dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs, and he enjoyed spending his leisure time fishing, camping, and gardening—passions that brought him joy and peace.
Adolph was predeceased by his beloved wife, Manuelita M. Pacheco; his daughter, Susan M. Driskell; his brother, Eduardo M. Pacheco; his sister, Mary P. Herrera; and his parents, Frank and Amelia Pacheco.
He leaves behind his two daughters, Rita M. Pacheco (William P. Brooks) and Jessica M. Eiland (Edward); his son-in-law, James Driskell; nine grandchildren: Andrew Driskell (Marisa), Adolph Pacheco (Jessica M. Pacheco), Kristen M. Lara (Joseph), Samantha M. Perez (Fabian Diaz Jr.), Alysha M. Villarreal (Frank Villarreal), Esteban A. Mata (Clea), Victoria Mata, Abigail M. Eiland, and Madison M. Eiland; as well as eleven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Lupe P. Ruiz, Alfred M. Pacheco (Connie), sister-in-law Socorro Pacheco, and his favorite cousin, Tudy Bueno, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will forever cherish his memory.
A visitation will be held at Southside Funeral Home on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary being recited at 6:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at El Carmen Catholic Church on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at El Carmen Cemetery.
Adolph's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their prayers and support during this time of loss. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
